Guaranteed Booking | Non Guaranteed Booking | Cancellation | Refund

Guaranteed Booking

A guaranteed booking means the booked room will be kept for the guest until the following day at 9.00am. Therefore a valid credit card is required for payment, to guarantee a reservation.

A Guaranteed Booking can only be made by facsimile machine or phone.

This will be made confidentially by our secure line at the time, arranged with the reservationists.

Fax details must include:
• ATTN: to the person who quoted the price.
• Print credit card details on to “fax guarantee booking form”.
• Authorisation statement allowing the resort to debit the card according to the price quoted.
• Print Name & Signature of the card holder

Non Guaranteed Booking

For a non guaranteed booking the reservation will automatically be released at 1400 of the arriving date.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy is only applicable with Guaranteed bookings. Payment or Guaranteed booking will only be arranged via facsimile machine or telephone.

To guarantee a reservation, credit cards details held by the Thongtapan Resort will be debited unless the following condition occur or unless advised otherwise by the resort at the time of booking.

Low season
Cancellation more than 12 days prior to arrival -- free of charge --

High & Peak Season
Cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival -- free of charge --
Cancellation more than 2 days prior to arrival -- 1st night charge --
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival -- 50 % of full duration charge--

Refund

Credit card refund will be made as soon as the cancellation is received and confirmed as free of charge
